Tis the season to harvest your crops! Your corn should be ready to pick, so check the fuzzy hair at the top of the corn. If it is brown and dry that is a good indication. Also, peel the top of the husk, push your thumbnail into a kernel, and if a milky juice comes out, Voila!
It is really hot, and I suggest increasing your water on your vegetable gardens. Water your lawns twice per week in the wee morning hours and put down 1.5" each time.
Fertilize annuals with blood meal, and your lawns and plants with a liquid Seaweed.
