Sunflowers continually please, and they always succeed to amaze me. This series of photos show the
sunflower from its beautiful flower, to seed head, and then seeds. We roasted the seeds last night and salted them with a variety of seasonings. The greener seeds that were partly sprouting tasted sooo good, like fresh artichoke.
