First Fall Garden Harvest

Here are some photos of my first Fall Garden Harvest. I will post more photos of the veggies growing in their bed next.

I tasted one of my sugar snap peas this weekend, and I was in heaven. It had just formed into a pod from a flower, and it tasted sweet like a flower. It had such a wonderful taste, and I can't wait until more are ready!

This time around, I just cut leaves from the base of my buttercrunch lettuce, kale, swiss chard, and Tai Sai (chinese cabbage). I also thinned my broccoli plants, and ate the small plants/leaves in a salad.
