I have to say this was the most organized service project I have ever been a part of. The Entrepeneur's Business Foundation organized a mass effort for over 400 volunteers from the business community of Austin to renovate Govalle Elementary. 
We know how much money and effort is available for teachers and schools and how low a priority it is for our government, so thank goodness for Non-Profits!

Here is the after shot. The district did not understand the glass so we had to use gravel, but it turned out very well.
