Artichokes Rock!


I finally coaxed my artichoke plant to produce me some fruit! They were delicious, and I was able to share them with my friends. I steamed them in a pot for 20 minutes with about 1" of water in the bottom, juice from one lemon, and a clove a garlic. Then, I melted butter and mixed with seasoned salt to dip the leaves in it. Sabrosa!
