Kale Chips

I like to think of different ways to use my garden greens. Here is one tasty for Kale Chips:

I wash my green leaves from Swiss Chard or Kale and pat them dry. Then I cut them in 1.5" squares or triangles with a very sharp knife. I lightly oil a large pizza pan and arrange the cut pieces in a single layer. I like to season the leaves with a mix of sea salt and sesame seeds Or just plain Soy Sauce. Then, bake them in the oven for 12 minutes on 350 degress. They are very tasty and its okay to eat a whole lot of them!
