Farmer's Markets Austin, Texas

As Whole Foods becomes increasingly unaffordable, and organics expensive, we are left wondering how do we afford to be healthy. My solution is growing my own organic produce, and shopping at the Farmer's Market. You will be pleasantly suprised my how fairly priced these farmers are selling their organics grown locally!

Nice listings of the markets. Glad to know there are others that find the whole-foods retail model unsustainable as a strategic solution.

..Just got forwarded your info on the earth-bag project from the permaculture meetup. Thinking I will try to make it. Looks interesting. And might be able to apply technique to some of my space enclosure projects.
