First, I take careful field notes, and photos to serve as my memory. Then, I go to the drawing board and sketch ideas, and eventually draft into a Master Plan Drawing. I like to use Black & White photos of the home and color in the Elevations. 
Finally, I admire the client's appreciation for the efficient installation, and know they'll enjoy many years of watching the landscape grow.
