Hardy Cabbage

So, I am a big fan of chinese cabbage. I love the winter greens that grow in our climate (8b). Their leaves are large and full of vitamins.



I noticed while watering the Mai Tai Cabbage that their form creates a funnel and shoots water straight down to its root system. They are very efficient and cluster together to protect their neighbor's roots with extra shade. Smart and Tasty.
